1. Purpose & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, services, software, and all interactions with Appspire Solutions. By using our services, you accept these terms fully.

2. Our Service Capabilities

Appspire Solutions delivers end-to-end digital and technology services including:

3. Engagement & Financial Terms

3.1 Getting Started
  • Work starts after requirement approval
  • Quotation is shared
  • Client confirms scope
  • 50% advance payment is mandatory
  • Quotations are valid for 15 days.
3.2 Payments & Deliverables
  • Remaining 50% must be paid before final delivery
  • Source-code/hosting access given only after full payment
  • All payments are non-refundable
3.3 Additional Work

Anything outside the agreed scope is treated as change request and billed separately. Third-party tools/subscriptions are client’s responsibility.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate information
  • Share credentials & content on time
  • Approve work promptly
  • No unauthorized modifications

5. Intellectual Property & Rights

5.1 Before Full Payment

All designs, code & assets belong to Appspire Solutions.

5.2 After Full Payment

Final deliverables will be transferred, but reusable components, internal frameworks remain our IP.

5.3 Portfolio Rights

We may showcase completed work unless the client objects in writing.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to protect all sensitive data, source code, credentials, documentation & internal business information.

7. Third-Party Services

We use external services such as hosting, payment gateways, APIs, etc. We are not liable for:

  • Downtime
  • Service changes
  • Pricing fluctuations
  • Third-party security issues

8. Support & Maintenance

8.1 Free Support (6 Months)
  • Bug fixes
  • Minor corrections
  • Performance-related issues
8.2 Support Excludes
  • New features
  • Redesigns
  • Server migrations
  • Client-side issues
  • External API failures

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of business, data, delays, or indirect damages. Maximum liability is limited to the project value.

10. Ending the Engagement

10.1 Client Termination

No refunds. Pending payments must be cleared.

10.2 Company Termination

We may terminate for non-payment, unresponsiveness, violations, or feasibility issues.

11. Legal Jurisdiction

All disputes fall under the laws of India, handled only in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

12. Policy Updates

Terms may be updated anytime. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
